The Lakehead University Women’s Volleyball team were enthusiastic participants in a nearly two hour team-building session recently using Djembe drums, volleyballs, and yoga-balls as percussion instruments!

This was a very enthusiastic teambuilding sesssion!  Metaphors of unity, connection  and communication were used to create a memorable celebration of this team’s power and potential.   This is wonderfully talented team now ready to “make some music” on the court!

Other recent teambuilding participants have included Lakehead University Multicultural Associaton,  Sister Margaret Smith Centre, Corpus Christi School, Northern Teacher’s Summer Institute and  Camp Quality.
